We’re Here For You When You’re Ready

Our Faith-Based Approach to Memory Care

The transition to memory care can be one of a family's most difficult decisions. At The Gardens at Collinwood, our memory care services emphasize safety and quality of life.

Memory care services include around-the-clock, compassionate care, and supervision in a secure environment. We create an individualized program for residents. Additionally, our memory care services are all-inclusive, meaning we don’t charge for additional care services even as a resident’s needs increase.

Support as Needs Progress

With BLOOM, our residents stay active in each Wellness Petal. This can slow the progression of Alzheimer’s or dementia and ease its effects. To help manage anxiety, wandering, and sundowner syndrome, BLOOM trains our Care Partners to personalize their approach to each resident.

Additionally, our communities offer various gardening areas, social settings, physical activities, and spiritual programs designed to care for and support individuals with dementia and their families.

Comfortable Living
Our community features a wide range of comfortable living amenities. Residents have access to a lounge, family-style dining area, and vibrant living spaces. The beautifully landscaped grounds provide a secure outdoor setting with continuous walking paths and gardening opportunities.
Stimulating Environment
We created an environment where residents can thrive while maintaining as much familiarity as possible. Studies show that older adults who move from an isolated home to a community will achieve the greatest health benefits from daily social interaction.
Personal Care Plan
Residents meet with our Health Services Director to establish a comprehensive personal care plan based on assessments and an in-person meeting. This program is updated regularly to ensure the residents’ care needs are always met.
